You know, I got to thinking while we were at Video’08 this year that we turn away a lot of brides. In fact, this year, we’ve turned away as many brides as we’ve booked and every single time, it breaks my heart that we’re not able to help them. So that got me thinking…

Just because we’re not available to videotape the wedding day doesn’t mean we can’t help you with some kind of add-on product. We do a lot more than just wedding day videos. Naturally, you’d want to make sure the videographer you hire to do your wedding day video doesn’t have a problem with it (assuming you get one — which I pray that every bride I have to turn away finds someone).

We can do a bridal elegance session, an engagement shoot, a photo montage, or a trash the dress shoot. (NOTE: The Trash the Dress shoot is something we’re dying to do but haven’t actually done yet. So try to think beyond the wedding day video. A bride in her wedding dress is an absolutely beautiful sight to behold. You should strongly consider preserving those memories forever in as many ways as possible.
