OUR EQUIPMENT
CAMERAS
All our cameras are 3 CCD cameras. This is the best imaging technology available today for Standard Definition (SD) video. We have chosen to continue using Standard Definition cameras instead of High Definition (HD) cameras because, at this time, there is no way to deliver a high definition DVD to you. Once that technology becomes mainstream and affordable, we will offer that type of recording. We just can't see charging you for a technology you cannot fully take advantage of. The cameras that we use today are:

- Sony VX2100
- Sony PD150
- Sony PD170
TRIPODS
All our tripods are from Bogen/Manfrotto. Bogen is the industry leader in top quality video tripods. In addition, all our tripods use "fluid heads." These fluid heads provide the smoothest pans and tilts and give the most stable picture. We also use monopods with fluid heads to provide maximum image stability when there is not enough floor space for a full tripod. The tripods and heads we use today are:
- Bogen/Manfrotto 3245 Monopod
- Bogen/Manfrotto 3001BN Tripod
- Bogen/Manfrotto 3046 Tripod
- Bogen/Manfrotto 501 Fluid Head
- Bogen/Manfrotto 3130 Micro Fluid Head
OTHER EQUIPMENT
Some of the other equipment we use are:
- Glidecam 4000
- Sony MiniFill Lights with softbox (10W/20W switchable)
- iRiver 795 for recording natural audio
- Samson wireless handheld microphone
- Uniden wireless lavalier microphone
EDITING SUITE
Our primary editing workstation is an Apple Dual 1.25GHz G4. However, we do also use an Apple PowerBook for editing in the field. All editing is done on Final Cut Studio and mastered using DVD Studio Pro. From time to time, we also use Adobe After Effects for photo montages and certain types of special effects.
